This area contains several programs designed to assist in the design and operation of buildings. The programs are self extracting archive (exe) files. Copy them to the desired directory and execute the files. The program will self-extract into the directory where the file is located.
To run any of the provided programs, (in DOS) enter the program name on the command line and press ENTER or RETURN key. In Windows, use the "Run" option in the Windows File Manager.

Comfort Chart
This program is based on an ASHRAE paper presented in 1989 on a consensus Thermal Comfort study and ISO Standard
7730. (Humidity limits are currently being modified by the ASHRAE 55-1993R.)

TEAMS is an engineering design tool allowing application-based selection of grilles, registers, diffusers, and VAV terminals for commercial HVAC systems.

It contains a water coil performance calculator, and an ARI standard acoustic engine that can calculate NC levels, again based on the actual application.
TEAMS saves selected products to a schedule which can be exported in .dxf (Autocadİ standard) format for application to design drawings.
