TEAMS: Frequently Asked Questions

General Troubleshooting: If you should have program errors, perform these two steps:

  1. Download and run the repair file Teams Repair File.exe to re-install and re-register all required drivers. (Takes 5 minutes)
  2. Make sure you are using TEAMS 5.0 and have performed a recent “Update Via the Internet”. To update, select Start>Programs>Titus Teams>Update TEAMS via the Internet.
